Okay, here goes, jedione

1. If George Lucas had written episodes 7,8 and 9 do you think he would have gone with a story similar to Zahn's?

Well, to be honest, I would have to say probably not. The fact is, the Star Wars story was always the story of the rise, fall, and redemption of Anakin Skywalker. There's little go on now, but my guess is, the story, if it were continued by Lucas, would focus more on Luke, and the emergance of a new generation of Jedi. I actually think, and it semi-pains me to say it, since I'm such a huge Zahn fan (G.A. Thrawn for prez!), that they would bear more a resemblance to Anderson's triology.

2. Where do you most want to visit in the world?

Anywhere History was made. Berlin Wall (what's left of it...), Tianamenn Square, Midway, Normandy, Waterloo, the Argonne Forrest. Sara would probably want me to say "Ireland" here... :D

3. What is your dream job?

AP US History teacher, Salem High School, Salem, NH.

4. Who ,aside from JKR, is your favorite author?

Tough one. Probably a toss up between Zahn and Clancy. They both do an excellent job of weaving together complex plots, lively characters, and seemingly irrelevant side plots into a marvelous story.

5. Where do you want to retire?

To a wide, screened in front porch, with a swing, on a house I've built, overlooking the Sixth Green of Campbell's Scottish Highlands Golf Course, in Salem, NH, with Sara right beside me.
